Hallo!
First thank you very much for the best drum sequencer in the linux world!
I installed the last version 9.4, and wow, the midi-binding is added!!! ;) nice!

now I found this little problem:

I can only set a midi parameter until 99! all the other (100, 101...) will write as 99. I tried to set them in the .hydrogen file in my home directory, and it works!! No propbelm to use parameters like 103 0r 120...
(But if I open the Configuration window in H2, it will set them back to 99).

Maybe somebody can fix it??? thanks!!

Hi Vinz !

I wrote the new midi dialog, so i think i am the one to blame :)
The problem was that the QT default value for maxValue the input field was 99.
It should be 999 now! Please try the latest svn rev. to see if your problem is fixed!

what do you think about a "midi-learn" function like in ardour or sooperlooper?? this would be a great tool! ;)
thanks for programming!!

Hi!

Well, we have something like that. Just press the red button and operate a knob on your midi controller. Or do you mean support for midi learn on all gui elements?

Hi vinz!

The ardour-like midi-bindig will be implemented in the future, this is a main goal for my work on hydrogen ( i'm working mostly on the gui side of hydrogen).

"mute instrument" is not possible at the moment :(
