Can't load samples (.wav)

Hi there!

I have a big problem here:

I can't create my own drumkit.
When I try to load a sample (.wav) from my many libraries, it just doesn't work, it gives me a flat line, and no name...
Hydrogen works really well, I use it with Jack running and Freewheeling to loop. All the drumkits I downloaded work, but I can't find a way to change the samples.
I'm using Hydrogen 9.4 on Ubuntu Studio Karmic Koala. Even though it was compiled for Jaunty, it works out well. I had the same problem with 9.3 on Ubuntu Studio Jaunty before.

The problem is maybe not about Hydrogen, because I can't read the samples with Audacious, Audacity or VLC either when Jack is running. If I stop Jack, I can read them with these applications...

Any ideas?
