I have Jack running on a 48000Hz sample rate. Hydrogen is stuck on a 44100Hz sample rate. How can i change the Hydrogen sample rate to match up with Jack?

hmm,
if you use jackd hydrogen "cannot" run into an other samplerate than jackd.
maybe the h2 audio driver preferences dialog is a bit misleading. because the settings you can make into the samplerate and buffersize form don't refer to jack driver.

under linux qjackctl is a easy to use and nice jackd gui. here you can make all settings for jackd.

under mac osx will jack pilot do this job.

go in /home/"USERNAME"/.hydrogen/ you should see a file named hydrogen.conf.

Open it in a text editor and find the part where it's written

 <audio_engine>
  <audio_driver>Jack</audio_driver>
  <use_metronome>false</use_metronome>
  <metronome_volume>0.5</metronome_volume>
  <maxNotes>256</maxNotes>
  <buffer_size>1024</buffer_size>
  <samplerate>44100</samplerate>

 Switch sample rate and buffer size to fit JACK
