Midi Problem

I have read everything in this forum about the midi problem. I found that "Hydrogen2MIDI" program but i cant make it work. I have windows Vista. Hydrogen is a very powerful software and its disappointing that has a problem like that.
So far i used the wav export but when i tryed to export midi it was ugly.
If someone can help or explane how the f@ck works that Hydrogen2MIDI program it would be great.
