How can I edit patterns, that I've recorded by tapping them in, using the mouse? I want to delete some of them but my only option is to delete all entries.

Also, is there a way to search the forums? Much appreciated.

hi

you might want to check out the manual (the part about the pattern editor)

but my guess is that you have recorded your pattern with quantization off and thus your notes are not 'on the grid' (they will be slightly lagging/leading in ref to the grid)

if a note is not on a valid grid position you will not be able to remove it (by clicking on it)

you can solve this by enabling quantization when you are recording your pattern, or by setting the grid resolution ('RES') to 'off' before trying to remove the notes.  That way you will be able to delete the notes that are not 'on' the grid

"stuck right there!" no2 why does everything keep looping even with the loop bar off!!?!??! i had PB drums before i didnt even look at the manaul and wrote heaps of drum track for my songs. isnt there just a simple way to play an intro, 4bar,s chours 8bars, repeat, ad outro then save as an wave? any help please :)

@Wolke : LOL!

Did you read the manual that was compiled in your hydrogen app, or the one on this site (under Documentation - Manual)

Also, what version of H2 are you using?

the song editor is the area with all the little squares (top), the pattern editor is the area below the song editor

hope this helps !
