Great news for Ubuntu users : the KXStudio team has created a dedicated Hydrogen PPA !
This PPA contains the 0.9.5 release for all recent Ubuntu versions AND a svn snapshot for those of you that want to check out the latest (unstable !!) 0.9.6 version of Hydrogen.
Kudos to Filipe of the KXStudio team !

0.9.6 package shows 'exported' as SVN revision number
Apparently Cmake runs some command to fetch the current svn revision of the working directory:
EXECUTE_PROCESS(COMMAND svnversion -n OUTPUT_VARIABLE REVISION )
This doesn't really work when packaging Hydrogen, it seems like this command cannot properly deteremine the revision number after having done a SVN checkout. A dirty hack would be to set the revision number manually but I guess there is a prettier way to do this.
