This is using 0.9.6 from svn (rev 2454)..
Works fine through the same inputs using ALSA midi..
hydrogen doesn't respond to MMC when using jack midi..

I haven't been able to get assembla to work to post bugs... If there is some preferred method to get them across, please let me know
