Cannot run make.

nOOb please help Per manual and instructions I was able configure but make will not run. Is there a specific directory to run the make command? I am running FC3 I have installed all the other requirements sucessfully. But I cannot get hydrogen-0.9.1 to compile.

You must run make in the same directory you've run configure.

Have you any error message you can past here ?
