Some minor bugs compiling from SVN

In SVN from April 5 I have to add -ltar to LIBS in extra/hydrogenPlayer/Makefile and extra/hydrogenSynth/Makefile

Also "make prefix=/opt/hydrogen install" doesn't work. It wants to put things in /usr/local

And after starting, increasing pattern size doesn't display the usual checkered layout. I have to modify resolution as well for it to update.

I run Mandriva 2006.

The ./configure stuff changed a lot and not well-tested yet. So far you have to use it from /usr/local, but please be patient, it's a development version after all ;-)
