cannot deliver port registration request

I run hydrogen from svn with jack, also from svn. When I start hydrogen i get this message in the console:
"cannot deliver port registration request"

and in the program i get a gazillion warning messages with a similar message in swedish. Other programs, like ardour, can connect to jack just fine. Any hints on how to fix this? I've tried some different settings in jack, samplerate and max in/outputs, to no avail.
